DTNE believe that any business is only as good as its staff and make every effort to support and train its staff team.

Currently DTNE have a Team of 18 staff, which includes Part Time, Full Time, Directors and 2 Volunteers.

All staff are well qualified in their own particular areas of expertise and all are Enhanced CRB checked.

All staff undergo regular training and CPD and all have an individual Training Plan in place. Some staff have previously been commended through OFSTED for their ability to work with and relate to learners and staff have previously won awards through Prince's Trust as Best Team Leader.
One staff member has recently been featured during the Prince's Trust Birthday Celebrations for his achievements.
