Introduction
This is a full time course for people who wish to develop a career as a Team Leader. The programme will run for 12 weeks at a 5 day per weekstarting on the 7th of May 2007.
The NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading comprises of
- Leadership Skills
- Resource Management
- Health & Safety
- Dealing with Issues
- Problem Solving
You will have the opportunity to undertake a variety of placements and projects all aimed at helping you to gain the required experience and evidence.
This programme is free of charge to those in receipt of benefits and for all others only the registration and certification cost will be charged. There is also help available with travel, childcare costs and help and support in securing EMA etc.
If you are over 16 years of age you can join the programme as long as you can commit to the full course.
